Frequently asked questions.
How much does a loyalty card cost?
Stampo runs at 9 € / month, 90 € / year (save 17%), or 199 € once for lifetime access. There's no per-card fee — unlimited customers on every plan. The 14-day free trial doesn't ask for a credit card.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you added a card on file before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically. Otherwise your account is frozen — your existing cards stay visible to your customers, but you can't create new ones until you add a payment method.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. You can switch from monthly to yearly or vice versa. Billing is prorated.
Is my customer data secure?
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Hosting in Europe (Supabase + Vercel). GDPR compliant. See our privacy policy for details.
How do I cancel?
One click from your dashboard. No questions, no friction. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Do my customers need both Apple AND Android?
No — each customer uses their own Wallet (Apple on iPhone, Google on Android). Both work in parallel. Apple Wallet is coming soon, Google Wallet is already live.
